- Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd(TMS)in collaboration with South Tyneside College(STC) launched the world's first Engineer Officer on Watch e-Learning programme on 1st Feb 2008 during the World Shipping Forum event in Chennai. South Tyneside College, UK (STC) is a world-renowned centre of excellence for marine education and training that was established over 150 years ago. It is the only college in the UK to gain 'National Nautical Centre of Excellence Status' from the UK Government. This is a revolutionary step towards minimizing course duration and is hugely beneficial to the prospective candidates.
- Teledata Informatics is now appraised at CMMi Level 5. Teledata Marine Solutions, which is the maritime arm of its parent, Teledata Informatics, follows similar norms for software design, business process, development and implementation.

- Nanjing Tanker Corporation and Teledata Marine Solutions, Singapore have signed for a long-term IT solutions relationship on 31st August 2007, for technical management software requirements. The product will be deployed and extended to the entire Nanjing fleet.
